Warranty

Napoleon provides a Lifetime Warranty on the aluminum castings, stainless steel cooking grids, lid insert, lid, and base. Stainless steel tube burners are covered for 10 years, and stainless steel sear plates are covered for 5 years, with replacement parts available at 50% of the retail price for an additional 5 years.

The ceramic infrared rotisserie burner is warranted for 3 years, the infrared bottom burner for 2 years, and all other parts for 2 years.
