The primary cooking surface is 640 square inches and the warming rack is 295 square inches combining for a total of 935 square inches of cooking space. Viking Professional grills come equipped with a hot surface ignition system, stainless steel cooking grates, and ceramic briquette trays to ensure reliable and even heat across the grilling surface. The Viking Professional Series 5 grills are covered by a limited lifetime warranty on the stainless steel body housing, solid brass grill burners, and the ProSear burners. A limited five (5) year warranty covers the structural integrity of the interior grill parts, exterior, and drip pans. All other grill components are covered by a one year limited warranty. The warranty applies for normal domestic use and to the original purchaser.
