Warranty Coverage

Napoleon backs this grill with a lifetime warranty on the aluminum castings, stainless steel grids, lid insert, lid, and base. Stainless steel tube burners are covered for ten years, and stainless steel sear plates for five years.

For an additional five years, Napoleon offers replacement parts at 50% of the retail price for burners and sear plates. The ceramic infrared rotisserie burner is warranted for three years, while the infrared bottom burner and other parts are covered for two years.
