The Evo 10-0061-EL Affinity 25E Cooktop is designed for indoor residential kitchens. An extremely capable cooking appliance, the Affinity 25E is ideal for warming, holding foods, and for low-to-high temperature preparations. Foods can be prepared directly on the cooking surface and indirectly using pots and pans like traditional stove top cooking.
The 25E has a single dual-zone electric heater beneath its 25" (635mm) in diameter black-seasoned steel cook surface. For handling a variety of menu options, Evo's technology enables independent heat control across inner and outer cook surface zones. Each cook surface zone is heated by electric heaters using separate inner and exterior control knobs. Each zone's individual temperature monitoring is digitally displayed. From the centre to the periphery, surface temperatures range from 150F to 525F (66C to 274C), without the hot spots and temperature issues that are common with conventional square griddles. Using an On/Off button, the heater system is electronically regulated.The LCD screen displays the inner and outer set temperatures for each setting of the analogue knobs. A display icon turns on whenever a heater is turned on. At both the inner and outer cook surface zones, a Mode selection shows the current temperature in real time. When surface temperatures exceed 150F (66oC), a Hot Surface warning indicator turns on. The Affinity 25E Cooktop, which runs on 208V-230V, is the ideal focal point for any kitchen.
