What You Need to Know About Pellets

Citrus Berry Bourbon Smash
Ingredients:- 2 oz bourbon
- 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
- 1 oz mixed berry puree (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- Orange twist (for garnish)
- Cherrywood pellets for smoking
- In a shaker, combine bourbon, elderflower liqueur, mixed berry puree, and fresh lemon juice with ice.
- Shake well and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
